So…this keeps happening.
won’t keep his diaper on. I can’t keep clothes or a diaper on this kid. I didn’t have this problem with his sister. She never once took her diaper off. Baby Cruzer takes his diaper off every chance he gets. He turns 16 months tomorrow so I know he’s too young to do his business on the potty but he shows every sign of wanting to use the big boy chair. I go in to get him after his nap and it never fails. There is my son and right next to him is his diaper. He’s neat about it too. If there’s poop in his diaper it’s always in there so neatly, never smeared or used as finger paint. This kid knows what he is doing. Tonight I was paying some bills while him and his sister were playing in his play yard, she yells “Baby Cruzer took his diaper off again”. As I’m running down the hall he flings his diaper off toward the side and starts to pee. Seems kind of premeditated if you ask me.
Any suggestions? I need help. He’s driving me crazy. He has become a pro at taking off his shorts and ripping off his diaper.

Have you tried putting it on backwards? And what about pants? Does that not deter him? Neither of my kids tried to remove their diapers but we use cloth (and when Ethan started playing with the velcro we switched to snaps… pretty impossible for a kid to get off). GL!
He takes his pants off too, doesn’t matter if they pants have snaps. He slips them off and then takes his diaper off. I think I might need to switch to snap diapers. All of ours are velcro and easy for him to remove. I think I have 1 or 2 cloth diapers with snaps. Maybe I’ll do an experiment or something to try and figure out if he’ll leave those on.
